I was very satisfied when it arrived, very much on time; well packaged and still frozen. My 2 cats are beginning to enjoy crunching on it and I can already see the improvements on their teeth and gums. And contrary to the previous reviewer, my chicken necks were relatively clean, without lots of fat. I am delighted with this purchase. The same product elsewhere would've cost me more than twice the price with huge additional shipping charge. One final note, I had to cut the necks in chunks for my cats.
